人生良好 (jinsei ryōkō): life is good.
人生 (jinsei) is a person's life in this world and the span of it, the word for a life taken whole; 良好 (ryōkō) is good in the sense of in good condition, going well. Set together they say the English sentence plainly, life: good, and the plainness is the point: it is our rendering of Life is Good, made to say what the English says without ornament, and a Japanese reader takes it at a glance as a report that all is well.
人生良好 is a sentence for a life where things are going right, or for someone for whom they have started to.
人生良好 is composed of the words 人生 (read jinsei) meaning "life" and 良好 (read ryōkō) meaning "good; favorable".
House Japanese for the English Life is Good: 人生, life, set beside 良好, the word for a thing in good condition. No Japanese book or dictionary prints the four characters as a phrase; the house's design of it is on record from January 2011, and one other calligraphy seller's page offers it by 2015.

About Our Scrolls
Master Japanese Calligrapher Eri Takase brushes your scroll by hand when you order it. Each scroll bears her red seal, 英利, and her signature.
The scrolls are 12 1/4" W × 43" H (31 × 109 cm) with woven damask borders and Japanese paper that are layered so the scroll hangs straight and will not warp over time. The scrolls themselves are made by a scroll maker in Gifu, Japan, and we have worked with them for over two decades.
Eri Takase was born and raised in Osaka, Japan, and holds the rank of Shihan, the highest rank in Japanese calligraphy, from the Bokuteki-kai and the Bunka-shodo. About Master Takase
