Our Policy

Every order is covered by our 100% money-back guarantee for 30 days. Contact us at eri@takase.com with your order number, email, or any info that helps us find the order.

For digital downloads, no return is needed; we will issue a full refund on request.

For physical items (scrolls, prints), contact us first and we will confirm the return details. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

If your item arrives damaged, or we made an error in your order, we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping, at no cost to you.

For international orders, import duties and customs fees are charged by your country, are the customer's responsibility, and are not refundable. See International Shipping for details by country. If a shipment is refused or returned because duties were not paid, we refund the purchase price minus shipping costs once the item returns to us.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method (card via Stripe, or PayPal) and typically appear within 5-10 business days.
