Refund Policy

Our Policy

Contact us within 30 days at tim@takase.com. For physical items (scrolls, prints), we will arrange the return and cover return shipping at no cost to you — include your order number, email, or any info that helps us find the order. Once we receive the item, we issue a full refund to your original payment method.

For digital downloads, no return is required — we will issue a full refund on request.

Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear within 5-10 business days.
