Follow Your Heart in Japanese is 心の儘 which is read kokoro no mama

The Japanese phrase kokoro no mama meaning "Follow Your Heart" is composed of the kanji 心 (read kokoro) meaning "heart", the possessive grammatical element の (read no) and 儘 (read mama) meaning "as it is; as one likes".

kokoro no mama reminds us to be true to ourselves and to follow our heart.
