井上派糸東流慶心会 inoueha shitōryū keishinkai Inoue-Ha Shitoryu Keishin-Kai
井上派糸東流慶心会 (inoueha shitōryū keishinkai), the Inoue-ha Shitō-ryū Keishin-kai, is a school of karate founded in Tottori by Inoue Yoshimi 井上慶身, whose given name shares its first character with the school's.
Abstract
井上派糸東流慶心会 is the name of a school of karate founded in Tottori by Inoue Yoshimi 井上慶身 (1946–2015), a pupil of Hayashi Teruo: the Keishin-kai of the Inoue branch of Shitō-ryū. The school's Hong Kong branch dates the founding to 2004, and a biography to 2005, a year after Hayashi's death. The name is current in the Japanese press.

1964 to 2005, the founder. Inoue trained with Hayashi from 1964 to 1968; In 2005, one year after the death of his teacher, Teruo Hayashi, Inoue founded Inoue-ha Shito-Ryu Keishin-kai, by one biography [2]. The school's Hong Kong branch gives 於2004年創立, founded in 2004, names Inoue its first head, 初代宗家, and places its headquarters dōjō in Tottori [3].
2015, after the founder. Inoue died in 2015 [3][2].
2023, the name in the press. The Tottori newspaper 日本海新聞 names 井上派糸東流慶心会 in an article of 28 May 2023 [4].
Today. The school writes its name in English Inoue-ha Shito-Ryu Keishin-kai. A rendering keeps it a proper name, with 派 as -ha, a branch, and 流 as -ryū.
A reading
The name is built from the founder's branch, the style it belongs to, and the association. It is the school's own name in Japanese, and the Japanese press writes it. I read 慶心会, the association of the joyful heart, as the founder's own mark, written with the first character of his given name.
