Heart Like Water in Japanese is 水の心 which is read mizu no kokoro The Japanese expression mizu no kokoro meaning Heart Like Water is also translated as "A Heart Like Still Water" and reminds us of the state of such inner calm and tranquility that the turmoil and chaos around us does not distract us. mizu no kokoro is often taught in the context of the Martial Arts.
