Tomorrow Is Another Day in Japanese is 明日は明日の風が吹く which is read ashita wa ashita no kaze ga fuku

明日は明日の風が吹く (ashita wa ashita no kaze ga fuku): tomorrow, tomorrow's wind will blow. Do not borrow tomorrow's trouble; tomorrow will have its own weather. The proverb has two faces, both old: the townsman's shrug, let it blow, in a young rake's mouth in a novel of 1784; and a hope, in an 1865 exchange between a husband and wife over their last coins, where her answer is that a good wind may come too. Scarlett's last line in the Japanese Gone with the Wind is this proverb, borrowed by the translator from a saying a century and a half older than the film. It is also read asu wa asu no kaze ga fuku.

Eri Takase was born and raised in Osaka, Japan, and holds the rank of Shihan, the highest rank in Japanese calligraphy, from the Bokuteki-kai and the Bunka-shodo. About Master Takase

The scrolls are 12 1/4" W × 43" H (31 × 109 cm) with real silk borders and Japanese paper that are layered so the scroll hangs straight and will not warp over time. The scrolls themselves are made by Sankō (株式会社三幸) in Gifu prefecture, which has been making high quality scrolls since 1947, and we have worked with Sankō for over two decades.
