狼 ōkami Wolf

狼 is the wolf. It also names a person who looks gentle and is dangerous, and JMdict gives wolf in sheep's clothing and womanizer for this sense. Japan had its own wolf, which is thought to have died out in the Meiji era. In old Japan the wolf was honored as the mountain god's messenger, and shrines such as Mitsumine in Saitama still give out its charm.

Your purchase includes a personal-use license: use the design as a tattoo reference, frame it, engrave it, print it for yourself, or make it into a gift. For more information see Licensing, which also covers commercial-use options that may be purchased separately.

Your PDF is available for download the moment your order completes, and a copy is attached to your emailed receipt.
