武士魂 bushidamashii Warrior Spirit

武士魂 is the spirit of the samurai, the warriors who once ruled Japan. It is built like 大和魂, with 魂 read damashii. A warrior's spirit with no tie to the samurai is 戦士魂 (senshidamashii).

The Japanese word 武士魂 meaning "Warrior Spirit" is composed of the word 武士 (read bushi) meaning "warrior; samurai" and the kanji 魂 (read damashii) meaning "soul; spirit".
