黙って稽古 is a teacher's answer to talk: do the work. Word by word it reads in silence, practice, and in print it almost always carries its verb, shut up and practice. 稽古 is the same word for practice on the Noh stage, in the tea room, the sumo stable and the martial hall. The title Shut Up and Train is also an English saying of its own, in dojos, ultrarunning and dog training.
