自愛 jiai Self-Love

自愛 is love and care for yourself. Japanese uses it in a warm closing, ご自愛ください (go-jiai kudasai), please take care of yourself. It also carries self-love, the sense of the English title.

The Japanese word 自愛 meaning "Self-Love" is composed of the kanji 自 (read ji) meaning "self, oneself" and 愛 (read ai) meaning "love, affection".
