愛は全てを完全に結ぶ帯である gives love a picture: a sash, put on over everything else and holding it all together. 愛 is love, 全て is everything, 完全に is completely, and 結ぶ is to tie or bind. 帯 is a sash, the band tied around the waist to hold a robe closed. The line is the closing sentence of Colossians 3:14 as the Japan Bible Society's colloquial translation of 1954 and 1955 prints it; three of the four designs write one word in kanji where that Bible prints it in kana, and the cursive design writes it in kana, as the Bible does.
