接吻 is a kiss. It can also be a verb, to kiss. Japanese also has キス (kisu), a word taken from English.

The Japanese word 接吻 meaning "Kiss" is composed of the kanji 接 (read setsu) meaning "touching" and 吻 (read fun) meaning "lips".
