仕様が無い (shiyou ga nai)

The Japanese phrase shiyouganai is also commonly written shoganai and is composed of the word %8Ed%97l (read shiyou) meaning "way; means" and %96%B3%82%A2 (read nai) meaning "not; no". This is a common expression that is used when there is nothing that can be done about something and that one should just accept what is.
