The Japanese word 容赦 is composed of the kanji容 (read yō) meaning "contains; forms" and 赦 (read sha) meaning "forgiveness; pardon". yōsha is used in the Christian context as when talking about the importance of forgiveness and being forgiven.
This artwork is a beautiful visual reminder of the central role forgiveness plays in our lives.
