The Japanese word shin meaning "Believe, (religious) Faith; Trust; Sincerity" is a single kanji word. This same kanji can also be read "makoto" meaning "Trust, Truth, Honesty, Fidelity".
We are excited to see this kanji used as a tattoo and a plot point in ABC's hit series Fast Forward. If you haven't had a chance see Season 1 Episode 9 Believe. It is so cool.
The Japanese word 信じる (read shinjiru) is a verb meaning "to believe; to believe in; to have faith in".
This beautiful artwork of "Believe" in Japanese reminds us to never stop believing and that anything is possible.
