全力 is all the strength you have, your utmost. To do your very best is 全力を尽くす (zenryoku o tsukusu), and to run as fast as you can is 全力疾走 (zenryoku shissō).

The Japanese word 全力 meaning "All One's Might" is composed of the kanji 全 (read zen) meaning "whole, entire, all, complete" and 力 (read ryoku) meaning "power, strength, effort".
